  • BHIP for Faculty and Staff - Now Accepting Applications for Fall

    The Bruin Health Improvement Program (BHIP) is a three-month program, starting August 24, that offers participants intensive lifestyle training in areas of exercise, nutrition, stress management and mental conditioning.— exclusively for UCLA faculty and staff at no cost.

    BHIP .5
    BHIP .5 is a 12-week weight loss program. This program is appropriate for individuals who are 50 lbs or more overweight and are looking for tailored nutritional guidance and increased physical activity.

    BHIP OnRamp is a comprehensive conditioning program that will improve cardiovascular fitness and overall strength and mobility and appropriate for individuals without current limitations looking to become much more physically active and nutritionally mindful.
