Spring Break Camp registration is now open!
Camps run weekly from March 27 - April 14. Spring Break camps are located under "Sp2017" in our online store. Please follow the applicable instructions below.

Summer Registration for Returning Families
Begins Wednesday, February 15, 12pm - Friday, March 3

Summer Registration for ALL Families
Begins Wednesday, March 8, 12pm

If paying by payroll deduction or applying for a scholarship, you must register in person or by mail. 

RETURNING FAMILIES 

Step 1
Click here to access our online store. 

Step 2
Click "SIGN IN" near the top-right corner of the page to make your profile or log in. 

Step 3
Log in to browse our "Su2017" camp programs and register your children for Summer Camps 2017. If you are enrolling a new child this year, log in and add your dependents to your account by clicking "My Account" in the top right.
IMPORTANT: Once you've entered your dependents and their birth dates, contact us at campregistration@recreation.ucla.edu or 310.825.3671 to authorize the child for registration.

NEW FAMILIES 

Step 1
Click here to access our online store. 

Step 2
If this is your first time visiting our online store this camp season, click "SIGN UP" to make a new profile. Please create a profile for the affiliated parent, if applicable. If you have already created a profile this camp season, log in using the username and password you previously set. 

Step 3
When creating your profile, enter either your UCLA Employee/Student ID number or Alumni Association ID number as your "Member Information", if applicable. If you are not affiliated with the university, leave "Member Information" blank. After creating a profile, you'll receive an email with a link to activate your account. You will need to activate your account via email before purchasing.

Step 4
Log in and add your dependents to your account by clicking on your username in the top right.
IMPORTANT: Once you've entered your dependents and their birth dates, contact us at campregistration@recreation.ucla.edu or 310.825.3671 to activate your family's correct pricing. 

Step 5
Log in to browse our "Su2017" camp programs and register your children for Summer Camps 2017. See you this Summer!

In-Person Registration

If paying by payroll deduction or applying for a scholarship, family must register in person or by mail.

Step 1
Download and fill out the forms for your affiliation. To fill the PDF forms digitally, download them to your computer and open with Adobe Reader.

Please print legibly so our staff can enroll your camper accurately. One set of forms per camper.

Step 2
Submit your forms. All forms are required at the time of registration except the Immunization Record. At minimum, Immunization Records must be submitted to the Sales & Service office five business days prior to your child's first day of camp or they will not be able to attend.

Step 3
Pay for camp. All camp fees must be paid in full at registration by cash, check or Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. UCLA faculty and staff may also pay via payroll deduction if they purchase summer youth camps prior to April 1. For more information on payroll deduction, contact the UCLA Recreation Sales & Service office at 310.206.8373.

Step 4
Camp scholarships (if applicable). Camper Registration Forms must be submitted along with Camper Scholarship Application. Submit by March 31 to ensure consideration. Pick one up at the Sales & Service office.
