Join a Club
With on-line registration, joining a club is simple! Prior to joining we encourage you to contact the club to determine try-out dates, club dues, and league eligibility requirements. Once you are ready to join, UCLA students can click the link below to complete the on-line waiver, pay the club sports administrative fee, and even pay club dues (may not be available for all clubs.) Please note, participants registering for more than one club need only pay the administrative fee once, however, must register in-person. If you need assistance during the process, please contact the Clubhouse.
Non-UCLA students, and those that prefer to register in-person, may visit the John Wooden Center Sales and Cashiering area during normal business hours to complete the waiver and pay the club sports administrative fee.
The registration process involves:
- Reading, understanding, and signing the participation waiver.
- Paying the administrative fee.
- Registering in B2H. See User Guide for details on how to register
- Completing an on-line training (see instructions below).
The registration process must be completed prior to participating with a club, which includes try-outs, practices, and competitions. Clubs may request a “try-out” waiver, which is valid for the period indicated on the waiver – not to exceed one week. Once the try-out waiver has expired, those individuals that choose to continue participation must complete the registration process.
Step by step instructions to register and/or pay dues on-line:
- Click here to be directed to the on-line registration page.
- Click the “sign in” button located near the upper left corner of the screen. If you do not have a username and password, follow the instructions for creating an account on the main page.
- Once signed in, click the “browse courses” button near the upper left corner of the screen.
- Under “Quarter”, select the current quarter. Once registered, your registration is good through the summer quarter.
- Under “Course Groups”, select club sports, then the club that you would like to register for. Every participant must register for “Section (01)” and pay the associated administrative fee. “Section (02)” is optional and consists of club dues – if enabled by the club.
- Check your name, which should automatically appear in the middle of the screen and click “Add to Cart (Register Now)”.
- Complete the checkout process, including digitally signing the waiver.
Once the registration process is completed and you are issued a receipt (either on-line or in person), you are eligible to participate with a club. Additionally, you may visit the Clubhouse to obtain your free club sports apparel item – based on availability.

Login using your UCLA Logon ID.
Scroll down and click on "Collaborative Site: UCLA Recreation."
Click on "Competitive Sports - Club Sports Participants."
Under "Club Sport All-Participant Training," click on "Click Here to Begin the All-Participant Training."
